Plugins for other platforms

It is possible to integrate the MCImageManager and MCFileManager with other server technologies like ASP or JSP by using the ExternalAuthenticator.

This enables you to verify session authentication from the PHP or .NET product over to your ASP or JSP backend it also enables you to override the root path and other options from the external environment. It comes with example pages on how to set this up in common technologies like JSP or ASP but you can easily write a page for Ruby or any other language your system uses.

All you need for this to work is to have a server with PHP or .NET support and enable this great feature.
